Description:Seasoning For Sichuan Dish - Spiced Soybean Curd Flavour

Ready to use as a seasoning. Consume soon after opening.

Cooking Methods:
1. Cut 400g beancurd into cubes of 1.5 cm. Boil in salty water (200g water and 3g salt) on a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Strain off the water and set aside. Prepare 50-80g chopped meat and cut 200g garlic sprouts into pieces for later use
2. Heat 30-50g edible oil in a wok, heat to 80 percent done, add the chopped meat, stir-fry until fragrant. Add the seasoning and beancurd, stir-fry for a while. Add hot water soaking the tofu and simmer for 4-5 minutes
3. Dissolve corn starch in water, add garlic sprout, mix well and the dish is ready
