Add this product and follow the instructions below for placing a Special Order Request:
Special Order Instruction:
Step 1: Add "Special Order - Canada" as a product to the cart.
Step 2: Insert request either on the Express Check-Out menu;
OR the Cart menu.
Step 3: Sign-up or log in to your account.
Step 4: Choose "Use a different payment method" if you only wish to pay on delivery in person.
Step 5: Select Collect on Delivery (COD) as your payment method.
Step 6: Complete your order.
